HotLine™ warrants to the customer that HotLine Internal Pipe Heaters will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of 2 years, which begins on the date of purchase by the customer.
HotLine’s warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product.
If HotLine receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect in its product, HotLine shall repair or replace the product at HotLine’s option.
If HotLine is unable to repair or replace, as applicable, a defective HotLine, HotLine shall, within reasonable time after being notified of the defect, refund the purchase price for the product.
HotLine will repair or replace to the original user any portion of your HotLine, which proves defective in materials or workmanship of the HotLine for 2 years following date of purchase.
At all times HotLine shall have and possess the sole right and option to determine whether to repair or replace defective equipment, parts or components.
